Who we are
The Grizzly Academy, a Grizzly Cove Digital company based in Priest River, Idaho ("we," "us"), operates thegrizzlyacademy.com. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Information you give us. If you join our email list or buy the curriculum, we receive your name and email so we can deliver files, updates, and occasional messages.
- Purchase information. Purchases are handled by third-party payment providers (such as Payhip or Etsy) under their own terms and privacy policies. We never see or store your card number.
- Automatic data. Our hosting provider records standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps). We may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand visits; this is not used to personally identify you.
How we use it
- To deliver your downloads and any updates we send to verified purchasers.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To send occasional email you can unsubscribe from at any time.
- To keep the site secure and diagnose technical problems.
We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, and we do not share it for third-party advertising. Every email includes an unsubscribe link that actually works (as required by the CAN-SPAM Act).
Children's privacy
Our curriculum is purchased and used by parents, and our site is directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.
Your choices & rights
You may contact us at any time to see what information we have about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
